Refund And Cancellation Policy

Thank you for booking services at Service Bell.

You can cancel your order at any time after Booking Confirmation. For cancelling the order, please send email to support@servicebell.in or you can cancel  the same by our website https://servicebell.in or our App if booked online. The Charges will be levied as mentioned below on cancellation of order:

    1. No Charges will be levied if order cancellation requested 2 hours before the starting of the services.

    2. 25% of the Booking Amount will be levied if order cancellation requested < 2 hours of the service time.

   3. If in any case, our professionals could not reach you to render our services, we will refund the amount in full and no charges would be levied.

All Refunds will be processed same day after Cancellations/no service and can take up to 5-7 working days in reflecting in your account by your bank . The refunded amount will be refunded back in the original mode of payment.
